Cancellation Policy
- In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable before 48 Hours prior Date
- Ticket Policy – Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order
Child Policy
- Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
- Children between ages 3 to 09 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
- Children above age 09 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
- Between 4:30AM to 5:00AM Pickup from your hotel / Residence in Dubai or Sharjah
- After arrival in Desert season of Dune Bashing by Land Cruiser
- After Dune Bashing time for Beautiful Sunrise Scene Photo shoot
- Lets Join us for all other activities
