IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Each passenger is required to bring their original passport or UAE National Identification Card to the Seawings check-in area. A valid contact telephone number will also be required.
- Pregnant women first 32 weeks of pregnancy are allowed to fly OR upon your own risk.
- Children two years and plus are allowed on board.
- All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions.
- Tour routes may vary due to air traffic control stipulations or other operational or safety considerations.
- Children of all ages will be charged Adult Rates.
- Pick up can be arranged from other emirates with an extra surcharge.
- Bluebeach Tours bears no responsibility for customers who arrive late. In this case there would be no refund or any kind of rescheduling.

Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations made 72 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
- If cancellation made within 24 to 72 hours to your Tour departure time 50% charges will be applicable.
- If cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
- If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days
Ticket Policy – Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order
