IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Pickup points are Dragon Mart, Rashidia Metro Station, Sharjah National Paint only
• The reporting point for this Tour activity will be direct at location
• Transfer option is available for this Tour activity if you select With Transfers at the time of your Booking
• The Desert Camp time starts at 10:30PM for Guests who prefer to select the option Without transfers
• For Guests who prefer an option with transfers the Pick up will be arranged for them between 9:00 PM to 9:30 PM
• The pick up / drop off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.

BOOKING POLICY

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations made 72 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
• If cancellation made within 24 to 72 hours to your Tour departure time 50% charges will be applicable.
• If cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days
• Ticket Policy – Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between age 3 to 09 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 09 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
