IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- An E-Ticket will be provided to you on your Email ID after your Booking. You are required to carry a copy of the E-Ticket at the entrance to gain an entry.
- Passport is mandatory to carry during this trip.
- Comfortable casual clothing is recommended for this pursuit. Be sure to avoid high heels and instead wear comfy shoes or boots.
- Reach at least 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time, as any kind of delay may sometimes lead to the cancellation of the entire flight.
- You are not allowed to carry bags and large backpacks aboard the basket. Such stuffs should be left in the vehicle itself.
- The pickup / drop off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
This tour is strictly not recommended for:
- Pregnant ladies
- Kids below 6 years of age
- Any person who has undergone a major surgery recently
- Any person who injured or fractured his / her arm or leg recently
- Any guest with severe backache or neck pain or injury

- All Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
- If Cancellation made within 72 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
- If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days
Ticket Policy – Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order
Child Policy
- Children between age 5 to 11 years of will be considered as child and charged child rate.
- Children above age 11 years will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
