IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- The pick up will be arranged from Dubai city center hotels.
- Pick up from areas other than Dubai city center hotels will be done on request with an additional surcharge.
- An E-Ticket will be provided to you on your Email ID after your Booking. You are required to carry a copy of the E-Ticket at the entrance to gain an entry at the Dubai Mall Aquarium.
- Pregnant lady or Children below 3 years, are not allowed in Glass Boat.
- Guests should be there 10 or 30 minutes minutes before the scheduled time depending on your Booking.
- The Operational Hours for this activity are Sundays to Wednesdays 10:00 am to 11:00 pm and from Thursdays to Saturdays 10:00 am to 12:00 midnight
- Visitors can go on a Glass-bottom boat ride, providing unique views of the tank from beneath their feet.
- Wheelchair and Stroller accessible.
- This product must not be individually sold to an end consumer at rates lower than the attraction’s gate prices. It can only be discounted if in combination with other products and under no circumstances should its standalone price be featured less than the original gate price.
- The 48 metre walk-through Tunnel provides 270 degree views from 11 metres below the surface of the tank.
- The pick up / drop off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.

Cancellation Policy
- In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable
Ticket Policy – Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order
Child Policy
- Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
- Children between age 3 to 09 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
- Children above age 09 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
